Luxury Hospitality
I designed a luxury spa which would be located in Wynwood, Miami, the center of the art district. For this assignment, I was instructed to create a space that would reflect both Miami and Wynwood and successfully cater to the demographic. There was no budget
Minimal Required Elements: two pedicure stations, two manicure stations, three massage rooms, three hair washing stations, one VIP suite, retail area.

Concept:
The district of Wynood is the heart and soul of the art district in Miami.
It is an extremely high energy space surrounded by bold artwork and its people. For my luxury spa, I chose to capture the overall essence of Miami as a whole by developing a concept of warmth by incorporating a soft color pallet accompanied by an elegant selection of pure materials such as a variety of premium stones, precisely cut oak and lush greenery. My concept is also reinforced by the abundance of natural lighting provided by sophisticated glass paneling.
