Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse 2022

I created all of the construction documents using AutoCAD for the design firm’s 2022 bathroom in the Kips Bay Showhouse in Dallas, Texas.

The creative direction of using inlay stone within the walls + flooring of the shower as well as the flooring through the bathroom was conceptualized by me and brought to life by the senior designer and amazing trades people on staff by the Showhouse.

Midtown Residential Project

Through the use of AutoCAD, I designed a comprehensive kitchen layout for this cozy condo located in the heart of Midtown. This “bachelorette pad” provides plenty of seamless storage with the option to host a small gatherings for friends and family as requested.

In addition, I preformed the site measurements and I also served as the lead point of contact for trades professionals such as contractors and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient project timeline.

Functional Family Kitchen

For this high-profile busy family of 5, I hand selected all of the appliances in this full-scaled kitchen renovation. Within this modern family, the husband proudly calls the kitchen his safe space and enjoys teaching his boys the importance of investing in quality necessities for the home.

Each appliance is stunning in design, commercial grade to support a large and active family and easy to keep clean.

In addition, I preformed the site measurements also served as the lead point of contact for trades professionals such as contractors and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient project timeline.

Beltline Oasis

This stunning townhome on the Beltline features a rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Atlanta. The client and her husband spend a lot of time on the go, and wanted a calming oasis that brought peace and privacy.

I created the furniture plan for this space, as well as preformed the site measurements and oversaw the installation process.
